Summer is here — and while the pace on campus may have shifted, the opportunities haven't. Whether you're taking stock after a busy academic year or finding a moment to explore new tools, this edition is here to make that time count.

From on-demand training and new Adobe Express features to student tools worth discovering before the new term begins, we've pulled together the resources most likely to be useful right now — and in the months ahead.

Help shape future editions of this newsletter by sharing your thoughts in our quick feedback form.

Ready to supercharge student engagement?

The Student Awareness Checklist is your go-to toolkit for boosting Adobe Express usage on campus. It provides you with all the resources you need to promote your institution’s Adobe Creative Campus initiatives and increase student awareness and use of Adobe Express.

Whether you want to spark excitement, ramp up student creativity, or share key updates, these resources make it easy to connect and inspire your campus community.

Tackle group projects with Student Spaces in Adobe Acrobat.

Share sources, build notes together, and pull it all into a polished presentation without the last-minute scramble. In this short video created by the Adobe Learn team, you’ll discover how to:

  • Set up a shared space for your group — Start everyone off on the same page by creating a Student Space, adding all your class materials, and inviting your teammates as contributors.

  • Add new research as you go — Everyone can drop sources in at the same time, so the group can see what's already covered and avoid duplicate work.

  • Make sense of sources with Study Tools — Generate a study guide, podcast, or video overview to find what’s relevant, and then capture key points with citations.

  • Collaborate and generate the presentation — Comment on teammates’ notes to stay aligned and spot gaps, and then turn everything you’ve built into a presentation using clean templates.

Use the summer to build your skills with AEI on demand.

If you missed this year's Adobe Education Institute, the good news is that every session is available on demand. Whether you're new to Adobe Express or ready to go deeper with Acrobat and AI, there's a learning path to fit your summer schedule.

Earn a digital badge for every session you complete, and work towards the prestigious AEI Influencer Badge by completing at least six sessions and submitting a portfolio of work.

AEI Labs: Hands-on training throughout the summer

AEI Labs brings you a fresh series of sessions designed to help you elevate teaching, learning, and creating with Adobe Express and Acrobat. This exclusive webinar series is open to faculty, staff, and students — whether you’re brand‑new to Adobe tools or already an experienced creator, there’s something here for everyone.
