Summer breaks offer valuable opportunities for reflection, goal setting, and knowledge sharing. As you gear up for the new academic year, we encourage you to take advantage of this period to explore the tools and resources your institution offers and set yourself up for success.
This edition is all about getting a strong start: helping graduating students take their work with them, refreshing your on-campus assets, catching up on Adobe Education Institute training on demand, and — for IT teams — making sure licences are ready before Welcome Week. Whether you're a faculty member, staff member, or student, there's something here to help you hit the ground running.

Help students take their creative work with them.
It's easy for graduating students to copy their Adobe files from school- assigned accounts to new or existing Adobe personal accounts. With the Student File Transfer feature, they'll get ongoing access to their work so they can showcase it to future employers. Learn more and use our email templates to inform students of this great benefit.

Customer Spotlight: Bath Spa University
From a Living CV to the Skills Canvas
Great ideas travel. The Living CV, a Creative Campus concept for helping students build career-ready portfolios, - was adapted at Bath Spa University and has grown into something bigger.

Tim Beale and Bath Spa's Careers and Employability team created Skills Canvas: A Living CV, a curriculum-embedded toolkit built in Adobe Express. Woven into taught modules from Level 4 onwards, it prompts students to reflect on and evidence the skills they develop and to articulate them confidently to employers.
The initiative has now been published in Bath Spa's Learning Innovation journal and is rolling out further across the university.
As Tim puts it: "Early trials of the Skills Canvas have generated extremely positive feedback and represent one of the first steps in creating a wider suite of skills development tools for BSU staff and students."
It’s a brilliant example of how a shared idea, adapted locally, can grow into real institutional impact.
