Creativity meets purpose at the University of Central Florida.

Adobe Education Institute trainer Matt Dombrowski shows what happens when creativity, tech, and social impact come together.

Through UCF's School of Visual Arts and Design and the nonprofit Limbitless Solutions, Matt uses Adobe Creative Cloud to help students turn ideas into stories that matter. His take: Everyone is creative — the right tools just amplify that creativity.

As far as AI goes, Matt believes less in feature-chasing and more in critical thinking. That's why students from engineering, healthcare, marketing, and design have teamed up at Limbitless to build personalized bionic arms for kids. And they're using Adobe tools to facilitate a shared creative language.

See how Weber State is fostering critical thinking in the age of AI.

As AI makes it easier for students to skip the thinking process, Weber State faculty have shifted focus from final products to the learning process. They've reimagined assessments, assigned podcasts and digital portfolios, and made the most of Adobe Express Learning Kits via Canvas Commons.

Adobe and the Chronicle of Higher Education hosted a webinar to explore the institution's process and results.

Take control of Creative Cloud project retention.

New settings are available through Adobe Admin APIs for storage management. Now you can set content retention policies for Creative Cloud projects stored in your institution's Adobe cloud storage. Define exactly how long completed projects stick around before they're permanently deleted.

With work-in-progress (WIP) content retention, admins can:

  • Create one or more retention policies for WIP content across your org.

  • Adjust anytime. Extend or shorten retention periods. Changes apply to all active projects from their original start date.

  • Delete a policy to stop enforcement immediately, without deleting any projects.

  • Set precedence when multiple policies overlap. The earliest retention date wins.
